Short version. The AuraFocus4 app does not collect, send or share any personal data. It has no internet permission, no account, no ads and no analytics.

The app
What it stores on your phone.
- Your settings: preset, volumes, noise choice, timer length, breathing pattern, Pomodoro options and any presets you save.
- Your focus history: for each day, how many seconds you focused. It powers the Progress screen.
This data stays on your device. We never receive it. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app deletes it.
What it does not do. No account or sign-in. No advertising or ad identifiers. No analytics, crash reporting or tracking libraries. No access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files. The app has no internet permission, so it cannot send data anywhere.
Permissions. Notifications, to show the session notification with a Stop button. Foreground service (media playback), to keep the sound playing with the screen off.
This website
Visit statistics. We count page views with GoatCounter, which runs on our own server. It uses no cookies and does not build a profile of you. It records aggregate information such as the page visited, country, browser type and where the visit came from. We do not sell or share this data.
Launch notification. If you sign up for the launch notification, we first email you a confirmation link. If you do not confirm, we never contact you again. Once you confirm, we store your email address and the time you signed up, only to send you one email when the app is available. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell, rent or share your address. It is kept on our own server and processed by our own mail server. To see or delete your address, write to admin@aurafocus4.com and we will remove it.
Emails you send us. We use them only to answer you.
Health notice
AuraFocus4 is for focus and relaxation. It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, a heart or hearing condition, or are pregnant, ask your doctor before using rhythmic audio. Stop if you feel unwell.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK you may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to your data protection authority. Because the app stores nothing outside your phone, the only data we can hold about you is an email you sent us or a launch-notification signup.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
